AAWAJ PARIVAR intends to collect only what is needed, with explicit consent, restricted access and a deletion-request path aligned to India’s DPDP Act, 2023. Website form submissions are encrypted before being stored in AAWAJ PARIVAR’s protected internal review system. Access is limited to the three authorised AAWAJ PARIVAR Manus account identities; submitters are shown this and must consent before sending.
Internal review storage
With explicit consent, submitted form details are encrypted before storage and can be opened only in the sign-in-protected internal review workspace by the three authorised AAWAJ PARIVAR identities. The site does not use the form to contact a partner. Do not use a website form for emergency help.
Before launch
The legal entity, retention schedule, approved notices and real contact for rights requests must be confirmed.
